Don't come here if you have to drive 1 hour and 30 mins for them to do absolutely nothing. If I go blind one day it will be this office's fault. Edit: I just had an mrv ordered by another doctor that is consistent with IIH/psuedo tumor cerebri they also were able to see the optic nerve swelling that like I said does not always show because it is mild... dismissing me bc it did not show then but a copy of it showing before was crazy. Was barely looked at told everything was fine however was completely wrong when consulting another doctor
UVA health is a miracle to those in need. I know first hand. The eye clinic, however, is a joke on its best days. There are good people there but a majority of the staff are not that great. They also use a “call center” type system so good luck if you ever need help with anything and can’t just show up to harass them because you will NEVER get any communication back.
