I am so frustrated with my experience at UVA. I have been going back and for with billing for almost a year now and instead of them doing their job, they’re just forcing me to do it. At first they communicated they never received the auto insurance’s information, despite mailing, faxing, and emailing the information. Now they’re saying that USAA was unresponsive, so it’s my responsibility. I work in the healthcare industry and we never bill patients just because the insurance is unresponsive.
