I waited 9 ½ months to be seen at this clinic. That was 11 months and 4 days ago. At that time, when I saw Dr. Mark Worthington for an initial consultation, I told him about my referring doctor's suspicion that I had Sphincter of Oddi dysfunction. I told him I'd had numerous lab and imaging tests and procedures which ruled out liver function and obstruction and everything else. Waited 6 months of the 8 months waitlist for Dr. Powell. He decides to retire during that time so they cancelled my appointment and told me to go back to my primary care provider for another referral because a doctors retirement apparently nullifies referrals now and automatically sends you to the back of the line. I give 2 starts, only because the Dr I had interactions with has been amazing. As for the in office and scheduling staff, I have never encountered such rude and unprofessional bunch. After waiting weeks after doing an "intake" appointment someone finally calls me to schedule, for an appointment in January 2026. I had an appointment, which got canceled due to the provider no longer with this clinic. Today is April, 15th 2025, I have to wait until November 12th to get another appointment!!! The sheduler whom I talked to was very inpatient about the question I had..
The lady in the office Stephanie M is very rude and she writes about you on my chart stuff that wasn’t even said she crack me up cause she’s wrong want proof get proof she’s not professional at all! She talks out her butt too much to cover her butt! Glad I won’t be going here these people are pathetic and they need to reevaluate on the people they hire
