Our initial impression of the practice was positive—we appreciated the doctor and staff. That changed quickly. We attended with one specific request, clearly communicated and acknowledged by the doctor, who placed the corresponding order. Instead, she independently added multiple interventions we had not requested or consented to. The staff are super sweet! Very professional. I’ve never felt rushed. We see the Ms. Beverlyn, she is the most patient and supportive person. She does not force anything on you and gives you options to choose from. She has never rushed us out and she genuinely makes the atmosphere feel relaxed. Great practice. Great staff. I’m happy we’ve found this one, as the other one we tried in Culpeper, we did not have a good experience.
Fantastic practice! Both providers have excellent bedside manner with both patients and parents, they are very experienced and communicate clearly, and they take their time with appointments to make sure all your questions and concerns are addressed. It's quick and easy to schedule appointments and reach the nurse for medical questions/advice. Everyone at the practice is warm and welcoming-- highly recommend!
Beverlyn Silberbauer FNP is absolutely amazing with my kids. She goes out of her way to make sure they are taken care of and is very friendly. She is a huge gain for the Culpeper community and I am very thankful that she is now here.
I am so glad I switched my children to this office!
