Went to cerebral angiogram, after the procedure readily told them I was in extreme pain and had a headache like a migraine but worse and had blurred vision and could see lines and lights . Was dismissed and only given over counter meds and discharged . They said if had any question or concerns . I took the meds and over the counter meds and no amount of meds could take this immense pain away in my head vision reminded the same . This has got to be the worst. My husband was hit by a tractor trailer on May 28th 2025 have been trying to get him in to see a neurologist for TBI. They say they can not see him for a year. In the meantime the pain and symptoms are getting worse.

My 23 yr old had deep brain stimulation surgery at UVA which was very effective and successful. 3 months later got an infection which they quickly removed with another surgery. He quickly recovered from both surgeries and had no pain afterward from either surgery. Thankful for UVA, Dr. Moosa, and the nursing staff.
