Ordered the Bucket hat navy/tan in size s/m. Should be labeled l/xl. Couldn’t adjust to fit comfortably. Then they charge 6.95 to return. Thought I was supporting a caring company but on second thought...

We are very pleased customers! I buy my son at least one swim set each year and I’m always impressed by the quality and care they put into these clothing items.
I am returning 2 out of 6 items. This was my 3rd purchase from the company and the first time I have ever had to return anything to them. It isn't always easy to gauge what size a toddler will fit into when shopping online, as mine is tall. I am dismayed to see the only way to return items is to pay a $10 fee. To charge customers for the inability to physically try on an item before purchase is painful. We’ve been wear UVskinz for two years bought four swimsuits for our little red head. He’s now in a size 3T and really wish U Skinz would offer a 4t. We love the swimsuits so much. The dinosaur is our favorite 😍
I ordered 3 of the UV Neck & Face Coverings and I’m really happy with them! When I called to check on the status of my package and mentioned that one of the face shields was going to an essential worker ( I’m donating it) they made sure that my package went out that same day. Their customer service is amazing! I was also pleasantly surprised when I opened my package to find a free UPF 50+ Baby shirt along with a UV Detector Keychain which will come in very handy this summer. I’ll definitely be ordering from them again.
The product is cheap and poor quality , they just do not care .. the foam is not trimmed and threads hanging out everywhere . For the price I could have gotten better stuff from Walmart .. a few more bucks and I could have gotten flex fit hats .. which is what I plan on doing .. I would not recommend anything from this company . They have some cute story to try and lure you in , just to send you very poor quality gear .. it’s a scam
I have fair skin. also had sun damage on my ARMS that left marks. my dr. recommended me to you guys. I bought the swim tops that zip. also the jazzers short. I love them. you also can swim in them.
