Customer service is awesome. My daughter who is 4 lost the bottoms to her swim suit after 2 times of wearing it and loves the bottom we had. I contacted customer service and told them what happened and they located some bottoms to replace them and they shipped them on a Friday and I received my replacement on Monday.
How can you beat a company that cares so much about their customers? My sister asked for the board shorts for her birthday, but she asked a little late. I was worried about them arriving in time for the birthday trip she was going on, but UV Skinz shipped them IMMEDIATELY and they got there in just a couple of days! My sister loves the shorts and I love that this fabulous company made my sister's birthday great. Thank you so much. You've made a fan for life. :-)
I just received my top and bottoms, in the mail. I immediately tried them on! I was so happy, I ran downstairs to model my new swim gear for my hubby! I'll be doing a sprint triathlon, and these will be perfect for swimming, biking and running! Thank u, so much!
