These people do not wanna help my wife no one in the valley seems to want to help my audiologist moved to San Antonio leaving my wife impaired completely she already has the implant she just needs an audiologist to upgrade I understand they aren’t taking patients but just for one instance to be able to get a referral to upgrade is all we need we aren’t bothering anyone this is ridiculous you’d think they’d want to help the community instead being greedy
