I used to use them and was very happy with them. Had about 2300.00 worth of work done between two cars one early June, the other in July. Happy first time around and Jason was great, second car was a nightmare. To make a long story short Felipe was letting his counter person drive my car for her own personal use- I caught them red handed. After that he turned very nasty. All around bad experience had to wait long for services to be done and then come to find out things were taken out of my car when they went on a test drive so I suggest going else where because I said something about it and nothing was done so go elsewhere because this place is a joke
I've been going to UTP for years and have always been satisfied with my experience. The owner is great, I don't feel he has ever steered me wrong. The employees at UTP have always been nice and friendly! I love that Josh is always there and willing to go above and beyond. Josh you're a hard worker, always there to answer questions and I appreciate all your help. I would definitely recommend UTP and continue to use UTP for my tires and minor repairs.
Great place, great service, will definitely go there again.
