I signed up for the free membership offered by SCAN insurance as part of their wellness program. There are no "free" videos. I've also reached out to Ompractice (twice) for instructions on accessing their video library and deleting my information which is my right under CCPA law. No response. I will be contacting SCAN about this company's business practices and recommend OnePass reconsider their partnership.
