I booked Utopia Spa’s Non-Surgical Face Lift after seeing their Facebook ad. I arrived on time and was taken in by an esthetician named Tais. She spent about 5 minutes lightly cleaning my face with her hand, then began applying one mask after another. I was expecting a proper cleansing step, I politely asked if steam would be used to clean my skin. She told me it was not part of the promotion. Book me for 10 when I get there my name was not even registered. Asked me to sit just to tell me that nobody was available to serve me. I don't know for you but not a fan sorry. Paid a nanny for nothing.
Love this spa! I’ve already completed two packages at Utopia Spa Center and I’m now starting my third one. I absolutely love how my skin is glowing after each treatment. The staff is amazing so kind and professional and they always make me feel completely at home. The facials are pure luxury, with all the little touches and pampering they include in the facial room. Highly recommended!
