great service Everyone at this place is great and nice to talk to. No matter what you are doing there they will always be polite and have tone to talk about. If you not only need your hair done you can also make friends.
Great Service My experience here was very relaxing and welcoming. My stylist was very knowledgable and friendly. The couples massage was great, both therapists were amazing and the room had tons of candles buring and it smelled delicious. I highly recomend going here.
Incredible Service I called Utopia After having my hair ruined by someone else. The receptionist was very helpful and 1 of the stylist agreed to stay late after hearing how upset I was. They did an amazing job.
Go see Mo! I love love love Mo. She does all my waxing and is amazing. The receptionist however, is not. I have never once been greeted by her. It's important to have friendly front desk people as they are ultimately your first impression of the business. If it weren't for Mo, I wouldn't bother with this place.
