Very professional company. David was extremely helpful in transitioning my rental property management. Very communicative and proactive. The lease documents, conversion of energy, water bills, bank transactions. Also thorough property inspection reports with pictures were provided via email and a online portal. Highly recommended.

While I can't speak for the other utopia property management sites, I can say that the team in Glendale is a joke. The initial property manager moved me in knowing the Hot Water/Heater were nort working. Took about 3 weeks to get it fixed after much back & forth. I've now had a maintenance request open for two months, to no avail. My air filter is literally the color of charcoal.
