I don’t ever really leave reviews my nails came out good, but the customer service was terrible this lady with fake lashes kept giving me dirty looks? Than the one who did my nails CONTINUOUSLY would stop doing my nails to go say hi to her regulars and just kind of sit and talk with them. I understand checking in on your regulars I get texts from my nail techs asking me when I’m coming in, but I just was looking for something quick and this is down the street. I got quoted $25 to remove my nails and I thought that was weird since it’s $25 for a full manicure, she ended up taking just $20 from me instead and said it’s fine, I just called the salon and it’s only $15 to remove your nails, or at least it’s supposed to be only $15 to remove your nails …..that’s fraudulent & scam behavior, and I recommend any of the surrounding nail salons over this one for that behavior! Walked in with my daughters at 4:21pm hoping to get their nails painted or at least eyebrows for one. They were busy with clients which I completely understand. I then mentioned that since they didn’t close until 7pm their should be an opportunity to return for at least eyebrows (anyone who gets their nails done knows it takes a max of 1-1.5 hours so out of 4 techs at least one would become available for a service prior to closing).
