I know there’s always fluke cases of subpar experiences, and unfortunately I feel like I am that case. I also don’t normally like to leave bad reviews. I came in for a pedicure with old gel polish on my toes. Idk if their practice is to reserve the electric files just for fingernails, but the woman doing my toes spent at least 20 minutes trying painstakingly (and quite painfully) removing my gel polish with a hand file. I was there today for a pedicure. I did not have an appointment. I had to wait about 20-25 minutes. The guy who did my pedicure was sweating profusely, it was very warm in there. I had barely got the Polish on and he was trying to put my thongs on my feet and rush me out the door. I will not be going back.

Edit: I feel that the quality had gone down. I always go to Ashley, once I had asked her took the scruber to remove the dead skin off the bottom of my foot. She said it wont come off it needs the special extra cost solution. I literally took the thing myself and showed her that it did come off. Additionally, she always leaves corners at the edges which after a week become painful. I am capable of giving myself a excellent pedicure as I am licensed, buy sometimes you want to be pampered. Clean shop. Everyone was very nice but the whole thing was super awkward. The guy who did my dip manicure is still learning. A lady stood behind him most of the time, watching what he was doing. Not the relaxing service I had been hoping for. Took forever and cost way more than I expected. Shop was oddly empty, which should have been a sign.

I got a beautiful pedicure on Tuesday 1.7.25. The work was fantastic but there are mosquitos flying around (I killed one) and they are burning incense which greatly irritates my respiratory tract and eyes. Burning lung and eye irritants indoors and exposing the public like that is not healthy.
