Utopia home care doesn't care I was suppose to get service I spoke an said when I would like that to start lady never show up then when I call the office she said she didn't know when I wanted services to start if I got a aid se angency at allyou got one Amy is a very nice nurse she is a plus for the company Mr Scott is very nice but the ppl at utopia mainly don't care an never did I get an offer of a aid at all just plainly nothing I can't even give 1 star I'm so disappointed an I was a nursing assistant for over 45 years a... read more
Well I had a little bit of a time with this company but there was a very nice director who help with me getting services he helped to rectify the situation at hand and help me restore my face and Utopia nursing service now I look forward to I'm having services in my home and I just wanted to say thank you
I did a living for a month never got paid I spoke to the the supervisor when I spoke to him he sounded like he was really concerned wanted me to come back to work he did not offer me at least some type of money to continue work and when I seen him yesterday he only gave me $200 out of $4,000 that he owe me and that was it no money I have bills to pay and other things to do now I'm going to be homeless for the holidays I'm feeling really sad I can't believe this company really do such a thing like this

We were authorized for at least two hours a day post op. Showed up once during a two week period post op. Poor communication poor follow up. Would never recommend.
