Utopia Grilling has been a complete disaster. Dealing with the owner Derrick has been a profane experience. We went to Utopia's showroom the first time. Kristy, co-owner, was great. I looked the products over, commenting on the quality of the drawers and cabinets. All the drawers being soft close. She said that is what they install.
