UPDATE TO PREVIOUS POST. My kids finally got in touch with Ms Elizabeth Jackson. Being really "professional" Ms Jackson hung up on them and refused to discuss refunding the promised money! She said under contract, no refund is due but we have an email promising a refund from Amelia Erickson. I believe in keeping my word and commitments.
