If I could give zero stars I would. Elizabeth is a crook and a scammer. We were an adoptive family with her agency, A Giving Tree. We paid $7,000 and they did not help us in any way. They shut down the agency without any warning in October. They promised to give us at least $1,000 back which did not happen. We tried contacting her but she deleted her facebook page.
