I had the worst pedicure ever here. I booked for a gel manicure and a regular pedicure through ClassPass a week ahead. Their schedule was wide open with available spots hourly. I got there at 3pm and was told that my appt was canceled because they are too full. I was never notified that it was canceled, and it was still shown on my ClassPass acct a few hrs before. I love how dedicated and meticulous the nail technician is—her attitude is incredibly friendly, making me feel so comfortable. I will definitely be back! I highly recommend this lovely nail salon.

I came here based on recommendations, which made this experience even more disappointing. I brought a reference photo and tried to confirm the color at the beginning, but instead of offering guidance, the nail tech responded with, “Can’t you tell what color this is?” The tone felt dismissive and set the tone for the rest of the appointment.
