The doctor is wonderful, staff very competent, whole office is beautiful
I love Dr. Christian Smith and the staff at Utoepia! I get consistently good service with every visit and great customer service. I always feel so comfortable there and I enjoy my visit because of the calming and welcoming atmosphere. This is a small thing for many, but I love that they give you a laminated card with the time period at which you should return for a follow-up visit. You just hand to the checkout desk clerk. Nice clean,comfortable, n very friendly staff as is Dr.Smith.I've enjoyed becoming his client n happy to.have found this ofc.iam a heart patient n have (PAD) Periferal Artery disease.I have deep seeded Callus on the balls of both my feet.caution is observed by Dr.Smith as he debrieds my feet n i'm thankful to him for that, due to excessbleeding, or rolling clots, his methodic ways gives me great security..I'm happy to have met him n Grateful to be in his care .I will remain in his care.throughout my needs.
The doctor's treatment was right on point. And resolved the issues I had been experiencing with my feet.
Dr. Smith and his staff are AMAZING! I am a diabetic and after a small procedure a week ago I started experiencing scary infection issues. I uploaded a picture of my issue to my patient portal and within an hour I was headed in to get treated. Even though they closed a little early that day for their office Christmas party. I felt absolutely terrible having to pull him from celebrating with his team, but he got me in and out and fixed up because “They didn’t want me to go all weekend without being treated”.
