White noise machine in the lobby is horrific. I asked the front desk person what the noise was and thought it was the TV she said “No ma’am it’s the white noise machine.” I told her it was irritating and even another person in the waiting room agreed. It was not turned off. It’s extremely irritating.

I was very disappointed in my visit to this office. As soon as the nurse assistant brought me to the back, she didn’t communicate what she needed from me. She had me sit down and brought out the blood pressure finger reader. I didn’t know which she finger she needed and was waiting for her to tell me, until she finally said, I just need a finger while waving it around by my hands. Love this office for the experience with my first pregnancy and baby! My OB was Dr.Cloninger and she was so sweet and amazing!
