A poorly run office with legitimately suspicious business practices in regards to billing and testing. If you want to stick with UTMB, a different office would be recommended. if you go here, be careful with your billing and particularly marked dates of service.

White noise machine in the lobby is horrific. I asked the front desk person what the noise was and thought it was the TV she said “No ma’am it’s the white noise machine.” I told her it was irritating and even another person in the waiting room agreed. It was not turned off. It’s extremely irritating.

I was very disappointed in my visit to this office. As soon as the nurse assistant brought me to the back, she didn’t communicate what she needed from me. She had me sit down and brought out the blood pressure finger reader. I didn’t know which she finger she needed and was waiting for her to tell me, until she finally said, I just need a finger while waving it around by my hands.
