I have nothing but great things to say about this urgent care. We brought our two kiddos in to be seen when we couldn’t get in at our primary care doctor. They were quick, efficient, extremely friendly and understanding of my kid’s anxiety. They helped calm our kiddos down by giving them little toys and even a sugar free popsicle. It helped tremendously. We were in and out within an hour.
I went to this urgent care with a routine health problem that I have experienced before. Dr. Cheri Martinez urged me to undergo optional diagnostic testing multiple times, to which I declined multiple times. I finally agreed after she told me that it would be covered by insurance and my parents would not be notified. I am now being charged $500 for testing that was not necessary, after I was told I would not be charged at all.
