I love this urgent care and their staff. We have been coming here for years on many occasions and they tend wonderfully to my autistic daughter. The staff and nurses work REALLY WELL with autistic and high needs kiddos. And if they can’t fix the problem, they’ll send you right down the hall to the ER. Very good. Thank you for everything as always.
Took my husband to get a temporary prescription of a mental health med (not controlled) due to serotonin withdrawal and the psych being unexpectedly unavailable last week when we tried to refill. We asked for a prescription for few doses of medication until we could get ahold of his psych or PCP on Monday. He has been on this med for 15 years and it is well documented in his mychart with UTMB. They told us we had to go to the ER ($2,000 fee for us)... really pretty crazy how the pharmacy figured out how to give us 3 doses of... read more
