BEST SERVICE EVER!!!!!! I went to the urgent care after suffering for weeks with clogged ears and going to my PCP who dug in my ears with q tips telling me eventually they would pop. I wasn't even there for an hour. My ears were flushed I was no longer walking around in a tunnel, unable to hear with a sever headache. Best of all, I do not have to go to downtown Houston during the week for a unnecessary ENT appt. THANK YOU SO MUCH DEFINITELY WORK THE DRIVE!!!!
HORRIBLE PLACE!!! HORRIBLE, UNCARING, UNFRIENDLY STAFF FROM FRONT DESK TO NURSE PRACTITIONER!!!!! I AM TYPE 2 DIABETIC, I HAVE CHF, CAD, HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE AND TWO LUMPS ON MY HEAD...VERY PAINFUL!!!! GO TO ER!!!! The doctors are careless and follow the generic script, so every single time I bring kids here - all they recommend is taking Tylenol regardless of the illness or condition. Flu? Covid? Injuries? Diarrhea? Vomiting? You will be prescribed Tylenol and sent home. Besides, the doctors whom I had pleasure speaking with are unaware of basic developmental needs in kids, like one of the doctors was insisting that my 8 months old isn’t supposed to drink water yet, so I had to refer her to Google to prove it’s allowed and necessary. ... read more
I visited this urgent care 1 week ago due to being sick for over a month and a horrible cough. After explaining all my symptoms, they suggested I try cough drops and dark chocolate. After advocating for myself, they finally gave me a generic cough medicine. I left there and continued to feel worse and worse as the days passed.
