Billing Department here must be a front for a criminal enterprise. My insurance says they double-billed me and coded incorrectly...they offered no help or explanation. I finally just paid the bill(s) in full. Today I received another "mystery bill" (four months later) for something I have never seen before. Unreal.
I went for the flu a month ago and got a flu test and two Tylenol pills. I waited 3 hours in the lobby and was told I tested positive for the flu. I then waited an extra two hours to be discharged and I’m being charged $3400 for it. Barely got any service, no treatment either. Absolutely nuts.
Your hospital failed to comply with DPS and discharged a patient that was due to be in jail after release for driving while intoxicated and killed my nephew! You did not call DPS to pick up the patient. This patient was out in the community when he should have been in jail. Luckily, they detained him after finding out he was released days later and before his next move.
