Very unorganized. I called several time about me being listed can't get a straight answer to save my life. How hard is it to say yes ,no, or maybe. ? This has going been going on for 3 or 4 years now. Terrible
Because of them, my mom is removed from the transplant list after having a doner already and doing everything they told her to do. Very nice people, but put too much hope for someone who is dying. Every visit was always something else that she had to do and they never gave her a date for the transplant. What did you expect for the body to react if it never got it’s transplant? These people have given my wife amazing care. I know it’s a teaching hospital, so there’s going to be a lot of doctors in and out. Sometimes communication breaks down but overall, I am so happy with how well they’ve taken care of my wife.
