The receptionist who worked on Feb. 7th needs to pay attention better. I specifically told her my mother wanted to grant me access to her Pap smear results once they came in. She took down my information and made my mom sign a paper. Once results were in, they called my mom to let her know. I called myself and told the lady I spoke to I wanted to make sure I was able to pick them up since I was driving from Beaumont. A heads-up for anyone unfamiliar with the area or this clinic: they don’t send you to any local or nearby hospitals for delivery. I didn’t find out where I would be delivering my baby until later in my pregnancy. I had to ask my OB where the delivery would take place, and if I hadn’t, I likely wouldn’t have known until the day of. Had I been informed earlier, I definitely would have considered looking for an OB who’s located at the same hospital I’d be delivery at; how it’s done in my hometown of Baton Rouge, Louisiana. I LOVESSS UTMBBBB , they’re the best this my 3rd year going on 4 years & I wouldn’t trade them for another clinic!!!
Staff was friendly. Dr. Sheila Cole took good care of me. Super nice and funny lady. I seen mixed reviews about this location but everyone has a different experience. Personally, I recommend.
