Don't waste your time/energy. Very unthorough people. They have no real answers and are always just "sorry." Liars, no help and not worth the time. I would never recommend to anyone to be here after the experience I've had right after the first day. They wasted no time being redundant. It's a hopeless, helpless place. The very first day they'll be nice to you in order to get "likes" for their survey, and once they do, the bullshit begins. You're better off taking yourself/your family elsewhere. Everyone who works at the front desks, and over the phones, has been so rude. Not only that, it’s a different provider every single visit. We’ve seen like 4 different doctors and can’t seem to stick with just one. I don’t understand it. Building a relationship and seeing the same face every time, I feel is necessary in building a good rapport w/the patient. and for us to keep switching is just so unprofessional in my opinion. I had a horrible dr at family psychiatry which made me want to not seek out help. I came here as my last resort and I met Dr cline. He is my favorite physician ever and truly cares about his patients.

I am giving 2 stars because I really appreciated the last two providers I saw. They listened and were kind. The first provider I saw didn't seem to really take me seriously when I told her some symptoms I was having, so it's hit or miss when it comes to the providers. But the front desk staff do not seem to really know what they are doing. I called to set up a followup appointment, and the receptionist seemed confused about what provider I was seeing. I have been going to this psychiatry clinic since October for postpartum issues and they refused to take me seriously. I will be calling them to cancel any future appointments and finding another psychiatrist altogether. They keep giving me SSRIs that do not really work for me, even though I have told them this. I guess they are just doing what is easiest for them instead of taking the time to understand what is really going on. Definitely do not recommend this clinic if you can avoid it. They suck.
