Unable to communicate with persons in charge of prescription refill !
Every UTMB branch has failed me in every single way. Only have I been listened to as a last resort or when I begged and spam messaged and called for attention. Only when things are serious and when I have to be bedridden overdosed on drugs in an emergency room do they listen.
Always a friendly caring environment
When I came I ask the girl at front counter about my Appointment she said just have a seat on the front. So I sat there waiting for them to call my name and nothing happened at 11.30 am . I went to the middle of the place ask why is it taking so long. The girl at the counter said I was supposed to sitting in the middle of the building. I had a very positive experience with Dr. Marshall at the University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB). She is professional, attentive, and truly takes the time to listen to her patients’ concerns.
