Takes over an hour to see the doctor, but if you’re a few minutes late due to traffic you have to reschedule! UTMB is ridiculous. They just want to take your money!
Facility won’t take my son in for an appointment because he is considered new Medicaid patient and hasn’t been to a UTMB clinic in over 3 years. Stupid policy. Kids should never be denied medical care. I’ve heard of UTMBs care going down but never believed it till now. What a shame.
Kylie Moody went above and beyond to assist me with my needs. Highly recommend this place! The front staff is also helpful and welcoming
I’ve been going here for 15 years maybe longer and I’ve never had any bad experiences here.
