Front desk is obnoxious, rude, loud, and just plain unprofessional.
Went to get my 2 week old baby checked yesterday and the lady who checked him was pushing on his stomach and folding legs all weird and rough. This morning he woke up with major bruising on his stomach. I don’t know what her name is but I’m sure they can find out who it was. My phone is off so I can’t report directly as I wanted to, instead I’m using WiFi to write this. Who would be the right person to report this to??
It was great! We had to wait for 5 minutes and we were done. Last time we went here we had to wait for 2 hours to get a shot!?! But it was ok
