It was great! We had to wait for 5 minutes and we were done. Last time we went here we had to wait for 2 hours to get a shot!?! But it was ok
Our 2 year old was sick with fever and ear infection. We were there at 1:30pm made us to wait until 4:30pm.Dr. Salamat Ahuoiza Aliu-Ibrahim seemed super rude and she didn’t attend us and made us to wait forever and she informed saying she needs to take care about other patients and asked us to wait for another 30mins.Such a horrible experience. Faculty doctor helped us finally. Such an awful experience baby didn’t had medicine, no food took nap in the daddy’s lap.
I've always received excellent care for my kids here at the Harborside location. Yes, there are some medical student residents, but they're very knowledgeable and thorough with each visit. I'm not sure why the bad reviews. Been taking my kids here 6 years and never had an issue!
