I took my youngest kid here for her 15-month wellness check-up, and I had a great experience. We didn't have a good experience at the UTMB pediatric clinic on Harborside Dr and were worried about this visit, but we were relieved that it turned out great. It was night and day compared to the other clinic. Dr. Yang and the nurse were very friendly and were great with my daughter, trying to calm her as she was freaking out. Needed nurse Cayla Clapp to get something signed. I was told 2-3 business days. It’s now day 4 and still nothing. This is an urgent matter and I’m having a panic attack now thanks to her and Dr Noble. Due to this negligence I had to cancel an extremely important appointment for my daughter and still owe the $400 for not being able to make the appointment today and have to miss another day of work. We love this clinic. The staff is amazing with my kids and specials need kid. We have seen 2 Dr's here and they have been amazing.
