Great location the staff is the sweetest and most caring. However, Dr. Cheng in my opinion should have retired several years ago. She provided outdated information on several topics and kept us for almost four hours with our newborn trying to collect a urine sample for a test that was already given and passed with a negative result negating the need for the sample all together. I came to this location with a referral for my son to see a hematologist. I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Dr. Hooda and his office. I visited on 02/11 with a referral for my 3 year old son and drove all the way from Houston expecting answers and guidance. Unfortunately the entire visit was unprofessional and frustrating from start to finish. When Dr. Hooda entered the room he immediately came across as dismissive. Never in my life have I ever been to a clinic more understanding and patient than this . They take the time to actually listens to your child’s concerns and they make sure to address absolutely all of them ! They do not hesitate referring your little one if they feel the need to . Anytime I need school paperwork etc they complete it quickly. Staff , nurses and doctors are all amazing and super caring ! They deserve way more than 5 starts .
My kids are almost 6 and 4 and we only see Dr. Wolffarth. He’s super easy going and never rushes us out. My kids are comfortable with him and I feel like he answers all of my questions.
Yesterday I had a medical appointment with my son, we arrived 10 or 15 minutes before our appointment, which was at 4 pm. We went to the room at 4:10 or so and spent 40 minutes waiting for the doctor, he examinated my son and said that we can leave, and make an next appointment at the front desck when we left, there was no one to attend because it was already 5pm, when the clinic close, I could not get the next appointment or excuse for my son's school.They demand punctuality but do not respect other people's time.
