Cannot get a doctor.instead I have a primary nurse.
The service at UTMB’s front desk, specifically from Ms. Salazar, is very disappointing. She is very rude when dealing with patients and, even worse, when non-English speakers come in, instead of finding help or someone to assist them, she just stares at them disrespectfully. This is not only unprofessional but also insensitive to those in need of support. The customer service at this place definitely needs improvement.
Just left it is 4:30. Our appointment was at 3:30 and got there before 2pm. Got checked in at 2:00. Nurse took is back to the room. We got there and the room was not clean. She had to clean it real quick. We waited in the room. I understand we were there early. But the nurse came in there several times. We had our door open and staff walked by. Me and my VERY active 15 month old waited TWO FLIPPING HOURS in a VERY hot room. Idk why I didn’t just get up and leave. She was screaming from the top of her lungs and I surely opened the door for the staff to hear her. Once we left, I immediately found a new place! ( we just moved from a different state) How do they expect toddlers to stay in a room for 2 hours, much less a very hot room!
