There is a lot of improvement needed in accommodating special needs children that require a substantial amount of support to get through a doctors appointment at the Bay Colony location. Impossible to get any pediatrician to call you back, you ask for the pediatrician and they get a medical assistant to call you back, you ask for the pediatrician AGAIN and they get a nurse to call you back . If you have any questions for your pediatrician, make sure you get them in while you're there because they can't take 3 minutes out of their day to do anything else.
Good luck talking to anyone up there if you have any questions. Nobody calls anyone back and everyone's obviously too busy on their phones to respond to anyone
The entire staff is wonderful!!
Would give 5 stars but some people that work in front desk are rude. If they don’t like their job they shouldn’t work at a pediatric office.
