Your office really need to look into your front desk staff. The woman up there has the absolute worst attitude and is extremely rude.
I was called and had already confirmed my appointment, then was called hours after and was forced to reschedule even though I have been waiting since the beginning of June. This is the second time I have to reschedule for something that I went to the urgent care for almost two months ago.
