My 4-year old daughter broke her arm and this is just a scary thing for us as parents. Dr Lindeman was the doctor that did her surgery which included pins the night of the accident and while we went through a whirlwind of emotions we have at least had the calm of this amazing ortho. Our experience at this location when they had to remove our daughters pins was better than we could have hoped. The staff handle you a little rough and make light of your situation (rather upsetting when trying to be serious) but they get the job done well.

Showed up to my appointment and was told I could stay and get diagnosed but could not come back unless I paid a bill for UTMB hospital, which had nothing to do with my hand. I explained I couldn't work without the use of my hand, they didn't care. I told them my deductible has been met, so they will be paid, they didn't care. I wish I had read the negative reviews before going there. A Dr office that doesn't care about helping people should not be in business.

The doctor (Kosty) came in the room for 3 minutes max and barely acknowledge me during that time. Then left the room without saying anything. I was examined by somebody else. UTMB health across the board is poor choice. To big wanting to be the Wal-Mart of health care. The health care / insurance scam...
