I will rate this Surgery Center “0”! Horrible Services with poor communication within the healthcare Team. I was scheduled for a procedure. The Coordinator called that week on the prep procedure and was clear the procedure is the following. On that day, I am not on the schedule! They made a way to see me only to be told that they can’t do it until after I complete my heart procedure and will Be rescheduled for the following week . Even with computer systems, right hand didn't communicate with the left. They would tell you 10 minutes which meant 60. Should have been in and out for minor problem. Took 4 hours. Staff was polite though.
