If I could give this place negative starts I would! My baby started home health therapy with ECI and it was great. When her PT went into labor and went on maternity leave, her therapy ended. I tried calling to get another therapist to help every week, but their office was NO help. What kind of business solely relies on one therapist? With no plans to have backup ? Knowing that the pt would be going on maternity leave?!?! Lack of office administration and planning.
