Incompetent. I wish I had read these reviews before booking an appointment to establish primary care after moving to Galveston. The meeting with the MD took less than 10 minutes. He didn't even ask to transfer my records. He never contacted me when my test results came in. I just assumed everything was fine. Then, I called to renew my prescription written by my previous PCP, and was told everything was all set.
