I liked the nurse practitioner I saw. However, the office staff doesn’t know what they are doing. I waited over 40 min for them to tell me the lab was running 30 minutes behind. Prior to that they didn’t understand I needed to Lab Corp or Quest to do my labs. I asked for my lab orders and was handed a whole stack of papers! It was a printout of my whole chart! The sweet people at Quest on Gulf Freeway in League City had to dig through all those papers to find the actual bloodwork orders. Sadly, I don’t think I will return to... read more
Top notch! Health service. They really care about their patients and do thorough check ups. God sent, I really appreciate all the staff, nurses, doctors etc. They listen without judgment or gaslighting, they have been a tremendous help in my health!
