My first time at this location. I was able to make an appointment & get seen the same day. Quick check in process. Did not wait in the waiting room for an extended time. Ashley was my nurse, she was informative, quick and willing to answer my questions. Dr. Menefee is excellent. She was professional, kind and wanted to hear my concerns. Highly recommended.
Impossible to get through to anyone. Front end staff polite, but defective. Bureaucracy firmly and impervious in place.
I started taking my mother here in League City and the doctors helped her better than the private practice MD’s she was previously seeing. The staff have always been professional and very informative. Dr. Vizzeri is a God send. Thank you.
