Amazing people ❤️ amazing doctors
Visited the vision center for a new script on Friday, January 12, 2024! The customer service rep greeted me promptly. I believe her name was Ms Austin. She was very helpful and had full knowledge of their plans. I was a self pay so she was very helpful with getting me what I needed all in one package. I can’t say it was inexpensive because it wasn’t but I think all products for vision care are expensive no matter where you go! I do not recommend the UTMB optical center to anyone. I ordered glasses and it took a month to receive. I used to go to another eye clinic for 10+ years and NEVER did it take a month to get your order, maybe a week at most. There was no communication - I had to call every other day to check to see if my glasses had been received and kept getting the same response that they should be in soon and they would call me once they had them. They don't answer there phone Tell you 10 to15 and then say it again after 15 minutes.
