Beautiful clinic, super friendly staff and overall great experience
This isn't even third-rate care. Lack of follow-up from staff landed me in hospital from infection after course of treatment prescribed by them was not long enough (despite my mentioning my concerns about this to the doctor). Attempts by myself after hospitalization to receive information on further follow-up (once treatment course prescribed by infectious diseases at hospital terminates), as well as questions about effects of medications, has not been forthcoming. They cannot even fill out a lab request to Quest accurately.
Woman answering the phone is so incompetent, rude and should not be the first point of contact for this office. I won't return.
