I took my son with autism with an appointment still had to wait an extra hr front desk are rude can’t keep their comments to themselves and that dr muños lady if took my kid to help not for you to turn me down lazy woman I do NOT recommend taking your kids to this place
Omg. I can't believe the rating is so low because the service I received was GREAT!!! It was a day appointment with Dr. Kemmberling! Starting from the Front Desk/Check-In to the ending was great! Dr. Kemmberling was awesome and friendly. She was very knowledgeable and was so selfless when it came to a care routine, she was unafraid to converse with another colleague to make sure she was going the best route possible! I would refer anyone here! Thank you for the care, it definitely went a long way with me😊
It's my 3rd time being here at UTMB Health Dermatology, Town Center. For right now I don't see any disrespectful, Front desk is very respectful: I live in Dayton Tx it's like an 59 min away.
If I could rate zero I would . Ridiculous wait time for me to call that I’ll be late 5min! More than 32 min either they need to hire more staff . I live an 45 min away and I hope they don’t turn me over or decline since I been trying to call to see if either make the trip or not . Very unprofessional
on Tuesday October 7, at 3:30 my mom had made a call to make an appointment, the lady that answer the phone I’m guessing the front counter lady had very bad attitude , as my mom proceeded to give her the insurance name she replied with “that’s Medicaid ,Medicaid Medicaid for old people “ as the call was to an end my couldn’t make the appointment due to the times that was given by the lady due to her work the lady proceeded to answer my mom with “Usted sabes su deberes señora”
