I don’t like going to Galveston when I have to see doctors there I don’t like going over that bridge and the underground parking garage is even worse all the handicap parking spaces are taken
I was 20 minutes early, I thought my appoint.ent was at 9:30 but we arrived at 9:05. My appointment was at 9:15. Sat in a room until around 11 after doing the same survey as always. The lady that called me to make my follow up appointment insisted I come this day to see my doctor who is great but turns out he was on hospital duty so I saw another doctor that I don't really know. Worst experience in a clinic i have ever experienced. You all need to take notes from memorial Hermann clinics please get with the directors and get tips on how to conduct a patient experience. Went to see if I was having heart attack. Your people at front desk kept me for 10 minutes. I thought I was dying. Your lady to do the test finally came and got me or so I thought she walked right by me. I said really your going to walk by me. She turned around and pushed me to her room.
