This hospital is a disgrace. In 2018 I had my daughter here, it was Bay Area hospital then. I had such an amazing experience. The staff actually cared for the patients. Now there is no feeling of care or priority when it comes to care. My husband was in a car accident last night and he was admitted into the ER with broken neck and 3 broken vertebrae. I called the hospital and they said he was not a patient but he had been there for over 3 hours. They had his name and information. The female administrator with brown hair and ... read more
Got me in and out quiclkly. Fortunately nothing was wrong. Looks like a medicine issue.
My son is currently a patient and the care has basically sucked . Definitely don't recommend. We have had the same day nurse 3 days in a row. His Iv alarm went off for 2 hours yesterday. He literally got hung up on mid sentence when he pushed his call button. I called for the nurse an hour and 10 mins ago and they still haven't come
Everyone we were involved with was courteous, professional and helpful. In today's world that means a lot.
