My appt with Dr Sun was great. I’m scheduled for a nerve test in three weeks. However my follow-up appt with Dr. Sun had to be rescheduled until the end of January. That is completely unacceptable. I am in a great deal of pain with my feet and I need to see someone as soon as possible after the test. The lady that called about rescheduling said there’s absolutely nothing anywhere with anyone before the end of January. Get appt for lab work early in morning. Still wait for more than 1 hr to get the lab done. What is the point to get appt. In the mean time people walk in keep coming ahead.

How does a hospital and its doctors justify sending home a 32-year-old with no prior medical history who suddenly becomes unable to walk and is experiencing excruciating pain that medication isn’t even touching? How is that considered acceptable care? The lack of answers and the decision to discharge someone in this condition are extremely concerning and unacceptable.
