Looking for new Physician. Been having severe pain on my left side under the ribs. So I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Guillermo over a month ago. 4 days before my appointment I got a call saying that my appointment had been "improperly scheduled" by their employee and it was being cancelled. They could reschedule me in 2-3 months with an NP. This is your mistake not mine, and I can continue to live in pain for 2-3 months or pay a lot more money and go to the ER for your mistake.
