Never have I been to doctors so inattentive before
Five Stars! I came in for a new patient endocrine appointment. Dr.Rablais was delightful and patiently talked me through everything, answered all of my questions. Reception was super friendly and the building was clean and everyone was well mannered and kind. I'll admit I was worried when seeing the bad reviews but my experience was excellent from start to finish. Everything was timely and efficient, overall a perfect experience. Dr Tran completely disregarded my issues and refused to help me
Receptionist was very rude. I don't know if it's just that one but people need to be treated better especially in a place of health care.
