Five Stars! I came in for a new patient endocrine appointment. Dr.Rablais was delightful and patiently talked me through everything, answered all of my questions. Reception was super friendly and the building was clean and everyone was well mannered and kind. Dr Tran completely disregarded my issues and refused to help me
Receptionist was very rude. I don't know if it's just that one but people need to be treated better especially in a place of health care.
I was purposely misdiagnosed by the doctors to make themselves look good on paper. I am having headaches due to a car accident I had a few years ago I personally didn't make the connection at first but when I talked to some other doctors found out they were coming from the neck injury that I sustained in the car accident. I have cervical headaches which normal migraine medications will not address. Anything to do with neck or spine requires pain medication but instead of prescribing me anything for that they told me I had mi... read more
Everyone was polite and helpful and a mask is required while you are in the building.
