I had a very disappointing experience with UTMB Health. The woman who handles appointments was extremely rude and unprofessional. I was simply trying to schedule an appointment, and instead of receiving help, I was told I “might as well go somewhere else.” It’s upsetting and disheartening to be treated this way, especially when you’re just trying to access care. No one seeking medical help should be made to feel uncomfortable or dismissed like that. I truly hope UTMB addresses this issue patients deserve kindness and respect... read more

The staff is nice but it's very apparent the office gets over booked. I've always appreciated a doctor that runs behind but still takes time with their patients. Unfortunately I sometimes arrive really early to wait up to a half hour, but they rush through everything and I don't feel like I can ask questions. If I can squeeze them in they kind of get answers but I definitely don't feel like I'm really welcome to ask. I give this place the lowest rating due the front receptionist being very rude! She doesn’t greet you she proceeds to yell at you across the room. How embarrassing you screaming my name and yelling at me that I’m late and ask the doctor if she can still see me. This is after I drive from Tomball to Conroe in heavy traffic. Like wow my mind is blown how they treat their patients here. If you couldn’t see me then call me and tell me that before I drive all the up here to take a chance to continue my commute.
