I had a very disappointing experience with this company. They initially promised to schedule an appointment, but after an entire month of following up, I still couldn’t get a clear answer or a date from them. Every time I called, I was met with vague explanations and excuses from Kathy and other office member, which made it clear they weren’t interested in actually doing the job.
