Called at 6pm for a reefer down repair, have called 3 Times sense and it’s 10pm and this load of ice cream is going to melt. Promised a call back every time, still waiting. Guess emergencies are so emergent to them
Awesome & Fast service. Greeted with a smile at the service desk. And was put right into a bay to have them work on our Reefer.
This is the nicest, cleanest, most organized trailer yard we’ve been to! I still don’t know if this is real. I woke up to change shifts with my teammate and though I was being told we were at a trailer yard, my eyes couldn’t make sense of the view I had just out the windscreen, then when I came out to go use the bathroom, it just kept getting better. And the customer service was top tier. This whole thing almost feels wrong. Please multiply yourselves across all states! Thanks!
First time for service and they acted very quick and done the repair right ,the front lady at the cash register was very pleasant and patient,enough reason to come back and seek for their services again It's a new business building just across from Lineage in Richland Washington
